|Drop off - To front doors of Main Hall or Oak Room||Arrive promptly at your child"s class time but please be patient as we anticipate the drop-off process will take time.
On arrival to the hall car park, stay in your car or by the entrance gate until a staff member indicates that we are ready to welcome your child. We ask that you do not accompany your child, but that you send them to us on their own, remaining mindful of cars. Parent/carers/siblings must stay away from the hall and remain in their cars or by the entrance gate please.
If you arrive late, unfortunately, we cannot admit your child.
Dancers must arrive dressed for class, please refrain from bringing any unnecessary items into the hall, there will be no access to the back room for changing.
Dancers are strongly encouraged to visit the bathroom prior to arrival please.
Each child will be registered, will have their temperatures taken, and will be given hand sanitiser before entering the studio.
If a parent/carer needs to speak to staff for any urgent reason this should all be done by phone or email. Parents/carers/siblings will not be allowed access to the hall.
Children or staff must not attend classes if they are displaying any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19).- Drop off punctually at class start time - remain in your car (if you arrive on foot please remain in gateway).

|Collection - From rear doors of Main Hall & Oak Room (Playground Side)||In order to avoid increasing class lengths or fees we shall begin dismissing children in the last 5 minutes of their allotted class time. Therefore, please ensure you are there to collect your dancer on time. We have no staff available to cater to late arrival / collection.
To collect, please walk around to the rear doors of the hall/Oak Room and wait at an appropriate distance from the building for your child to be returned to you.

|In the Studio||Whenever possible, all windows and internal doors in the venue will be left open to promote ventilation.
We shall frequently clean touched surfaces more often than usual using as detergents and bleach, and a thorough cleanse of the venue will be undertaken at the end of each day.
If any child or staff member becomes unwell with a new, continuous cough or a high temperature, or has a loss of, or change in, their normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia), they will be isolated with a member of staff wearing PPE, and will be sent home and advised to follow the COVID-19: guidance for households with possible coronavirus (COVID-19) infection guidance. Staff will then contact all parents/carers to advise.
If any child requires first aid, PPE (a mask and gloves) will be worn by the staff member assisting them.
We shall ensure good respiratory hygiene by promoting the ?catch it, bin it, kill it? approach, using paper towels rather than hand dryers.||Detergents and cloths provided
|Someone develops symptoms of Covid-19. ||Avoid touching anything.
Cough or sneeze into a tissue and put it in a bin or, if you do not have tissues, cough and sneeze into the crook of your elbow.
You must follow the NHS guidance on self-isolation and not return to school until your period of self-isolation has been completed.
Following the hygiene and social distancing advice will help to minimise spread of the virus.

|Hygiene ||A cleaning schedule will be implemented throughout the site ensuring that all contact points are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected regularly. Alcohol gel/ hand sanitizer, anti bac spray are available. Soap is in all toilets and by sink. Use these as necessary.
Common touchpoints such as doors, handles, bins and equipment are wiped during and at the end of the school day.

Internal, non-fire doors, windows will be propped open so that touching door handles etc. is kept to a minimum. Safeguarding takes priority.

|General||Children will be discouraged from physical contact and we shall endeavour to promote social distancing in exactly the same way as their schools.
Dancers who are unwell and have coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms, or who have someone in their household who does or have been advised by NHS Test & Trace to self-isolate, must not attend class and must notify WBBS immediately. Under these circumstances, we will contact all other class members to inform them.
Parents/carers of the cast of The Wiz, please note that government guidelines state that there may be an additional risk of infection in environments where participants are singing, chanting, shouting or conversing loudly. Please be aware that students will take part in singing activities, but that we shall take all reasonable measures to ensure this is done in a well ventilated, socially distanced manner.|
